THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
REGULAR MEETING
August 26, 1987
TIME: 7:00 p.m.
PLACE: Community Room, Municipal Services Building, 33 Arroyo Drive
South San Francisco, California.
CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Mark N. Addiego called the Redevelopment Agency
meeting to order at 7:06 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Present: Chairman Mark N. Addiego; Vice Chairman Jack
Drago; Member Richard A. Haffey; Member Gus
Nicolopulos; Member Roberta Teglia;
Also Present: Deputy Executive Director Mark Lewis; City
Attorney Valerie Armento
AGENDA Deputy Executive Director Lewis stated that there were no
R~IEW: changes to the agenda.
~ ROVAL OF Member Haffey motioned, seconded by Member Nicolopulos
BILLS: that claims as submitted for payment in the amount of
$137,151.38 for August 26, 1987, be approved with the
exception of the Charles Salter payment. The Board requested
that the Salter payment be held until a detailed report is
received as we need to know where we stand on this item.
The motion as made and seconded was regularly carried.
APPROVAL OF It was motioned by Member Haffey and seconded by Member
MINUTES: Teglia that minutes of the Adjourned Meeting of April 9,
1987. Adjourned Meeting of April 16, 1987, and the
Regular Meeting of April 22, 1987, be approved. The motion
as made and seconded was unanimously carried.
MOTION: It was motioned by Member Haffey and Seconded by Member
RECOMMENDING Teglia that the Agency accept the contract for Installation
ACCEPTING OF of Headlight Glare Screen, Project No. ST-86-4, Bid No.
CONTRACT FOR 1746, as complete in accordance with the approved plans and
INSTALLATION specifications. The motion as made and seconded was
OF HEADLIGHT unanimously carried.
GLARE SCREEN:
CLOSED There were no items to be discussed in closed session.

G D & WELFARE: Chair Addiego invited members of the public to speak on
redevelopment related issues. No one spoke.
A OURNMENT: It was motioned by Member Haffey and seconded by Vice
Chairman Drago that the redevelopment Agency Meeting be
adjourned. The motion as made and seconded was unanimously
carried.
