A RESOLUTION. OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO
LEASE A SITE IN ORANGE AVENUE MEMORIAL PARK TO
THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO BOYS' CLUB
BE IT RESOLVED by the City CoUncil of the City of South San Francisco that said
City Council does hereby declare its intention to lease a site t° the South San Francisco
Boys' Club in Orange Avenue Memorial Park for erection of a boys' club facility of the
estimated value of $350,000.00 to service three thousand boys from eight to eighteen years
of age, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that ma~d City Council ~ntends to determine whether said
lease should be granted and the terms and conditions of said lease after a public hearing
is duly set in compliance with applicable laws and ordinances.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco a~ a regular meeting held on the 19th day of September, 1960,
by the following vote:

Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzt, Leo J. Ryan and
Patrick E. Ahern
NOES, None
ABSENT, None
ABSTAINED, Councilman Emilio Cortesi
