A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO CALLING FORBIIIS,:ONSALE.OF
:IMPROVEMENT BONDS - PERSON AND SWANSON INDUSTRIAL TRACT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California,
that
1. The City Clerk of said City be, and he is hereby, directed to call for
bids for the sale of improvement bonds to be issued pursuant to Resolution of Intention
No. 2771 adopted by this Council on April 6, 1959. Said notice in form to be prepared
by Kirkbride, Wilson, Harzfeld & Wallace, shall be given by the Clerk causing copies
thereof to be mailed to the various banks and bond houses interested in the purchase of
such bonds at least ten days before said date.
2. The City will furnish the legal opinion of the law firm of Kirkbride,
Wilson, Harzfeld & Wallace, San Mateo, California, unqualifiedly approving the legality
of the proceedings and the issuance of said bonds.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 3rd day of October, 1960, by the following
vote:

Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan
and Patrick E. Ahern
