RESOLUTION NO. 3093
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING
DESTRUCTION OF MUNICIPAL ELECTION RETURNS AND
SUPPLIES FOR 1960
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has in his office election returns, supplies of
precints, ballots and rosters from the municipal election of April 12, 1960, and
WHEREAS, destruction of said returns is authorized by the laws of the State
of California within six (6)months after said election, if there is no contest pend-
ing, and
WHEREAS, more than six (6) months has passed and no contest is pending, and
the City Council consents to and approves the destruction of said returns.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by that City Council of the City of South
San Francisco does hereby approve and consent to the destruction of the municipal election
returns, supplies and rosters from the municipal election held On April 12, 1960.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 17th day of October, 1960, by the following
vote:

and Patrick E. Ahem
