RESOLIJTION .NO. 3095
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT - DREDGING
COLMA CREEK - 1960
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, Calif-
ornia, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council and published
notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 10th day of October,
1960, for the work to be done and the improvement to be made as described in speci-
fications entitled "SpeciE/cations for Dredging Colma Creek - 1960, City of South
San Francisco, Louis H. Goss, Director of Public Work~'.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or bids
except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for doing the work
and improvements and furnishing the materials, supplies and equipment necessary there-
for, to the lowest responsible bidder, to wit: M & K CORPORATION, at the unit prices
named in their bid.
2. That the Mayor of' said City is hereby authorized to make and enter
into a written contract with said successful bidder, md to authorize, receive and
approve all bonds in connection therewith, and the City Clerk of said City.is hereby
directed to attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of said City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted hy the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 17th day of OCtober, 1960, by
the following vote:

Councilmen Andrew Rocca, O. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan
and Patrick E. Ahern
