A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ISSUE OCCUPANCY PERMITS FOR USE OF SPACE IN
MAGNOLIA SCHOOL
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
the City Manager be and is hereby authorized to issue occupancy permits to applicants
for the use of space in Magnolia School. Said permit shall provide for:
1. Standard rate of service charges computed on a per foot basis,
An agreement to indemnify and hold City harmless and the .filing
of Certificates of Insurance,
3. Right of the City, through the City Manager, to revise the terms of the
occupancy permit on thirty (30) days written notice,

Reservation to the City Manager for the right to schedule one or more
organizations use of the same area at different times.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 17th day of October, 1960, by the following
vote:

Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan
and Patrick E. Ahern
