A RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEER'S CERTIFICATE
AND DIRECTING CREATION OF CONSTRUCTION FUND
PERSON AND SWANSON INDUSTRIAL TRACT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California,
that
WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council the first certificate for pay-
ment on account of the project to be undertaken pursuant to Resolution of Intention No.
2771, executed by John A. Blume & Associates, Engineer of Work, and approved by the
City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, $400,000 of the bonds to be issued in said project have been sold and
will be delivered to the purchaser forthwith upon the completion of the printing thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. A fund is hereby created and shall be maintained., to be known as "Person &
Swanson Industrial Tract Construction Fund".
2. The proceeds received by the City from the sale of all bonds and any prem-
iums thereon in said project, shall be 'deposited in said fund.
3. All costs and expenses incurred in said project shall be paid from said fund.
4. All costs advanced by the City to date, and any costs hereafter directly in-
curred by the City in connection with said project, shall be paid from said fund.
5. Said Engineer's first certificate for progress payment is hereby approved,
subject to the provision that it shall be paid from the proceeds of said bonds when they
are deposited in said construction fund, and not otherwise.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held this 7th day of November, 1960, by the following vote:
