RESOLUTION NO. 3103
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH L. PETER BALDINI, ARCHITECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
that the certain agreement regarding architectural services'for construction of a
Fire Department Sub-Station in the Industrial Area dated the 7th day of
November , 1960, between the CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO and L. PETER BALDINI,
be executed, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized
to execute said agreement on behalf of said City of South San Francisco and the
City Clerk is instructed to affix thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this 7th day of November, 1960,
by the following vote:
