A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF A CONTRACT WITH JOHN A. BLUME & ASSOCIATES -
SMALL CRAFT HARBOR
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
execution of a contract with JOHN A. BLUME & ASSOCIATES, Engineers, for the develop-
ment of engineering plans for the samll craft harbor project is hereby authorized
provided said contract obligates JOHN A. BLUME & ASSOCIATES, Engineers, to develop
construction plans having specifications that meet the limitations proposed by the
Division of Small Craft Harbors, to wit: Such plans "that construction of the project
can be contained within the $575,000 amount upon which a satisfactory revenue cost
ratio is based".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to execute said contract
on behalf of the City and the City Clerk to attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this 21st day of November, 1960,
by the following vote:

Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan
and Patrick E. Ahern
