RESOLUTION NO. 3112
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A REVOCABLE PERMIT FROM THE
SAN FRANCISCO WA~ER DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY AND COUNTY
OF SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
Said City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Revocable Permit from the San
Francisco Water Department of the City and County of San Francisco dated November 1,
1960, and authorized by the Public Utilities Commission under Resolution No. 20693,
whereby the City of South San Francisco is permitted to occupy and utilize the cer-
tain real property therein described for the purpose of utilizing the surface area
for park and playground purposes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said permit be executed by properly signed en-
dorsement accepting the permit subject to the conditions therein contained and that
a copy and other required documents be filed with the Water Department of the City
and County of San Francisco.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the
acceptance of said Revocable Permit and the Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of said City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of November, 1960,
by the following vote:
AYES,
Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan
and Patrick E. Ahern
