A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE EAST HARRIS AVENUE
AND THE EAST PORTION OF LAWRENCE AVENUE INDUSTRIAL
PARK UNIT NO. 2-C ZONE 3
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
California, and this Council does hereby FIND, ORDER and DETERMINE that

This Resolution is adopted pursuant to the Street Vaca-
Sec. 2. The public interest and convenience require, and it is
the intention of this Council to vacate East Harris Avenue and the portion of
Lawrence Avenue lying East of Llttlefield Avenue, as said streets are shown
on that certain map entitled "South San Francisco Industrial Park Unit
No. 2-C', which map was recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the
County of San Mateo on February 25, 1959 in Book 50 of Maps at pages 31, 32
and 33.
Sec. 3. Notice is hereby given that Monday, the 16th day of Janu-
ary, 1961, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall,
South San Francisco, California, are hereby fixed as the time and place when
and where all persons interested in, or having objections to, the proposed va-
cation of said East Harris Avenue and the East portion of Lawrence Avenue, may
appear before said Council' and be heard.
Sec. 4. The City Clerk of said City shall publish this Resolution
once in a newspaper of general circulation published within said City, in the
manner prescribed by law for publishing resolutions for said City.
Sec. 5. Notices of the vacation of each street, or portion thereof,
shall be posted conspicuously along the line of each street, or portion there-
of, proposed to be vacated at least ten (10) days before the date set for the
hearing. Such notices shall be posted not more than 300 feet apart, but at
least three shall be posted.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was re-
gularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 19th day of
December, 1960, by the following vote:
