A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A DEED OF EASEMENT FROM UTAH
CONSTRUCTION & MINING CO. TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that said City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Deed of
Easement, dated as of the 10th day of January 1961~ whereby UTAH CONSTRUCTION
& MINING CO. gives, grants, transfers and conveys to said City of South San
Francisco an easement interest over certain real property therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is,
directed to cause said Deed of Easement, together with a certified copy of
this resolution, to be recorded in the office of the. County Recorder of the
County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was re-
gularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 16th day of
January, 1961, by the following vote:
AYES,
Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi,
Leo J. Ryan, and Patrick E. Ahem.
NOES, None.
ABSENT, None.
