A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF A CONTRACT WITH KAISER FOUNDATION HFALTH
PLAN, INC., FOR SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO CITY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the execution
of an agreement with the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc., entitled "Group Medical and Hospital
Service Agreement", dated January 3, 1961, to take effect as of March 1, 1961, is hereby authorized
and the City Manager is further authorized to execute ~'contract on behalf of the City and the
City Clerk to attest to his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopte~ by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held
this 6th day of February, 1961, by the following vote:
AYES, Councilmen Andrew Rocca, Patrick E. Ahem, Emilio Co'esi, and Leo J. Ryan.
NOES, No~e
ABSENT, G.J. Rozzi
