A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A
CONTRACT WITH THE WINSTON MANOR HOME OWNERS'
ASSOCI.~ION FOR IMPROVEMENT OF THE SAN FRANCISCO
WATER DEPARTME~T EASEMENT, AND ESTABLISHING THE
USE AND PURPOSE OF SAID EAS~T AP~A
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the execution of an
Agreement between the City of South San F~ancisco, a municipal corporation, and the Winston Manor Home
Owners' Association, Inc. is hereby authorized and further that the Mayor shall execute said Agreement
on behalf of the City of South San Francisco and the Clerk shall attest to his signature thereto. ~
BE IT FURTHER RF£OLVED that the use of said easement area shall be acquired from San Francisco
Water Department for the purpose of landscaped planting.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of ~he City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 20th
day of February, 1961, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Andrew Rocca, Patrick E. Ahem, Emilio Cortesi, G. J. Rozzi, and Leo J. Ryan
