A RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO APPROVING
MAST~ER AGREEMENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS
ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO
CITIES
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement with the State Department of P~blic Works, Division of Highways,
for the budgeting and expenditure of funds allocated from the State highway fund to cities has been
presented to the City Council for consideration, and
~EREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement and is familiar with the contents thereof,
THEREEORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said agreement
be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf
of said City, said agreement to be binding upon the City upon its execution by the authorized officials of the
State.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 2Oth day of February,
1961, by the following vote:
