A RESOLUTION ~ THE CITY COUNCIL .OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FP~NCISCO AbTHORIZING
CITY'S CONTRIBUTION FOR ~LOYEES' PAR-
TICIPATION IN THE KAISER FOUN:0ATION
HEALTH PLAN INC.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the City shall contribute
the sum of SI~ DOLLARS and NINETY-FIVE CENTS ($6.95) for the employee subscriber as described in Resolution
No. 2969 .participating in the Kaiser ~undation Health Plan Inc. with the remaining charges for fees for the
employee and his dependents to be paid by the employee, said payment to be deducted from the payroll and for-
warded to the carrier, together with the City's contribution.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco a~ a regular meeting held this 2Oth day of February,
1961 .by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Andrew Rocca, Patrick E. Ahem, Emilio Cortesi, G. J. Rozzi and Leo J. Ryan
