A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH S~W FRANCISCO GRANTING A
GRADING PERMIT TO ILARIO A. JESSUP
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the application of
ILARIO A. JESSUP to fill the westerly one hundred and twenty-five feet (125') of Lob s 9 and 10, Block 1,
Starlite Industrial Subdivision having been received and the Director of Public Works' recommendation
having been made, it is ordered that a Gradi.ug and Filling Permit be issued to said ILARIO A. JESSUP in
accordance with the proposal made and the report of the Director of Public Works contained in his Inter-
Office Memorandum dated February 15, 1961.
AND, FURTHER, that said permit shall contain provisions indemnifying and holding the City, its
elective officials, officers and employees harmless from claims and further requiring with conducting of
filling and grading in a manner that will not injure the property in the vicinity of the land to be graded.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall collect the cost of defraying the expense of
the examination and the report of the Director of Public Works in the sum of Ten and no/1OO Dollars($10.OO)
to issue the permit.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Public Works shall ascertain by inspection that said
grading and filling is performed in accordance with the permit,~ and upon completion shall file with the
City Clerk a report stating the results of said inspection and certifying that the grading has been per-
formed in accordance with the permit.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 20th day of February,
1961, by the following vote:
