RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SO~TH SAN FRA~CISCO COMMENDING JOSEPH
LEONARD FOR HIS SERVICES TO THE CITY AND
AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE
OF RECOGNITION
BE 2T RESOLVED ~y the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that:
WHEREAS, JOSEPH LEONARD has given freely o£ his time, talents and energy for the welfare of
the City of South San Francisco, and the City Council of said City desires to recognize his services
on the occasion of his resignation from the Recreation Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE,~The City Council, on behalf of the City of South San Francisco, does hereby
express to JOSEPH LEONA~D the gratitude of the people of South San Francisco for his contribution to the
City's welfare and grogress in so many ways and through so many activities that they are too numerous
to mention; and the City Council does further acknowledge that throug~ his giving of time, talents and
energy to the official business and welfare activities of his City, JOSEPH LEONARD has become and will
always be a part of South San Francisco.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a Certificate of Recognition be issued to him.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 20th
day of March, 1961, by the following vote:
