A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO A'JTHORIZING
AN AGREEMENT WITH UTAH CONSTRUCTION AND
MINING COMPANY, A DELAWARE CORPORATION,
AND THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, A
MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, REG.&RDING REPAIRS
IN SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO INDUSTRIAL PARK
UNIT NO. I
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the agreement between
Utah Construction and Mining Company, a Delaware corporation, and the City of South San Francisco, a
municipal corporation, dated March 20, 1961, be approved and executed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City be authorized to execute said agreement on
behalf of said City and the City Clerk to attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San F~'ancisco at a regular ~eting held this 2Otb day of
March~ 1961, by the following vote:
