A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF CONSENT
THAT PROPERTY WITHIN THE ANNEXED TERRITORY BE TAXED
TO PAY ANY INDEBTEDNESS OR LIABILITY OF THE CITY CON-
TRACTED PRIOR TO OR EXISTING AT THE TIME 0F ANNEXA-
TION, SAME HAVING BEEN FILED BY CALLAN PARK HOMES, A
COPARTNERSHIP, FOREST HOMES, A CORPORATION, AND
CAESER CALLAN HOMES~ INC., A CORPORATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South ~an Francisco that the consent
that property within the annexed territory be taxed to pay any indebtedness or liability of
the City contracted prior to or existing at the time of annexation, be and the same is hereb~
approved and accepted as filed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City shkll be authorized to accept said
consent by fixing his signature and City Clerk authorized to attest thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South Ban Francisco at a regular meeting held this
3rd day of April , 1961, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Andrew Rocca, Patrick E. Ahem, and Leo J. Ryan.
ABSTAINING, " G.J. Rozzi.
NOES,
Emilio Cortesi.
