A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL 0P THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING ~E EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
WITH CALLAN PARK HOMES FOR INSTALLATION OF SANITARY
SEWER LINES IN CALLAN PARK
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the certain
agreement regarding the installation of sanitary sewer lines in Callan Park, dated the 3rd
day of April 1961, between the CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO and CAL~AN PARK HOMES, be executed
and
BE IT ~URTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to execute sai.
agreement on behalf of said City of South San Francisco and the City Clerk is instructed to
affix thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing-resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this
3rd day of April 1961, by the following vote:
