A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH CALLAN
PARK HOMES FOR RECREATION, FIRE STATION
AND LIBRARY SITES IN CALLAN PARK
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South~an Francisco that the
certain agreement regarding recreation, fire station and library sites in Callan Pa~k, dated
the 3rd day of April 1961, between the CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO and CALLAN PARK HOMES, be
executed, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to execute
said agreement on behalf of said City el~ South San Francisco and the City Clerk is instructed
to affix thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regulamly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South Sam Francisco at a regulam meeting held this
3rd day of April 1961, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Andrew Rocca, patrick E. Ahem, and Leo J. Ryan.
