A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE CHANGES AND
MODIFICATIONS - INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 2-C
ZONE III
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that
the public interest and convenience require, and it is the intention of this Council to make
the following changes and modifications in the acquisitions to be had, the improvements to
be made, and the estimate of costs and in the diagram and assessment contained in the report
prepared pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 2815 adopted by this Council on June 15,
1959, to wit:
1. (a) Eliminate the work to be done in the portion of East Harris Avenue x~unning
East and West.
(b) Eliminate the work to be done in Law~ence Avenue East of Littlefieldl. Avenue.
(c) Change and modify the quantities and the amounts of the several items of
work to be done and acquisitions to be had in accordance with the "Revised Engineer's Estimate
dated March 22, 1961, on file in the office of the City Clerk.
(d) Change and modify the diagram by substituting in lieu of the former diagram
the diagram entitled "Revised Assessment Diagram South San Francisco Industrial Park Unit 2-C
Zone III", on file in the office of the City Clerk.
($) Reapportion the amounts of the several assessments to conform to the revised
parcels of land as shown on said diagram, as s&t forth in the Revised Assessment dated
March 22, 196~, on file am the office of the City Clerk.
2. Said changes and modifications will all be made in accordance with the report ther
of on file in the office Of the City Clerk entitled "Revised Assessment-South San Franciseo
Industrial Park-Unit 2-C - Zone III - Carl E. Kirker-March 1961".
3. MONDAY, the 1st day of May , 1961, at the hour of 8:00 O'clock P. M. in the
Council Chambers, City Hall, South San Francisco, California, are hereby fixed as the tim~ and
place when and where the Council will consider and finally act upon said proposed changes and
modifications, at which time all persons interested therein may be heard.
4- At least ten (10) days before the day fixed for hearing, the City Clerk shall caus
a copy of this Resolution to be published in the Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of general
circulation printed and published in said City, it being the newspaper in which the Notice of
Improvement was published.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted b~
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 3rd day of
April, 1961, by the following vote:
