RESOLUTION OFT HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH
HARRY N. JENES - JOHN H. JENKS, CONSULTING SANITARY
ENGINEERS, AND PAUL L. ADAMSON, ASSOCIATE CONSULTING
ENGINEER.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the execution of a
contract dated as of the 22nd day of March, 1961, between CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO and the CITY
OF SAN BRUNO and HARRY N. JENKB - JOHN H. JENKB, Consulting Sanitary Engineers, and PAUL L. ADAMSON,
Associate Consulting Engineer, be and the same is hereby authorized.
BE IT FURTHER AUTHORIZED that the Mayor is authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the
City of South San Francisco aud the City Clerk is authorized to attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at an adjourned regular meeting held this
10th day of April, 1961, by the following vote:
AYES, Councilmen Andrew Rocca, Patrick E. Ahern, Emilio Cortesi, and Leo J. Ryan.
NOES, Noue.
ABSENT,. Couucilman G. J. Rozzi.
