RESOLUTION NO. 3159
RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING COUNCILMAN LEO RYAN TO
CONFER WITH INTERESTED PARTIES REGARDING ALTERNATE
ROUTES OR METHODS FOR DIRT HAULING.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that Councilman Leo Ryan be
authorized to confer with members of other City Councils, representatives of trucking industry and
truck drivers, land developers and any other interested parties regarding alternate routes or methods
for dirt hauling through Cities and to determine whether a feasibility study can be made and financed
for the purpose of determining alternate routes or methods for dirt hauling through Cities to minimize
nuisance to the public and at the same time accommodate the economic necessity of moving fill material
to the Bay.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at an sdJourned regular meeting held this 10th
day of April, 1961, by the following vote:

Councilmen Andrew Rocca, Patrick E. Ahern, and Leo J. Ryan.
Councilman Emilio Cortesi.
