A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 2-C ZONE III
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 3157 of this Council ordering same, adopted
on April 3, 1961, notice has been duly given, of the intention of this Council to
change and modify the acquisitions to be had, the improvements to be made, and the
estimate of costs and diagram and assessment in the proceedings under Resolution of
Intention No. 2815 adopted by this Coundil on June 15, 1959; and
WHEREAS, no persons interested appeared or filed written protests against said proceed-
ings or any part thereof and all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity
to be heard, and all matters and things pertaining to said changes and modifications were
fully heard and considered by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that:
1. All protests and objections be, and they are hereby, overruled.
2. The changes and modifications in the proceedings under said Resolution of Intention
be made and had, all as more particularly described and set forth in said Resolution No. 315
adopted on April 3, 1961.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council t~f the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this
1st day of May, 1961, by the following vote:
