HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 3168-1961 RESOLUTION NO. 3168 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PREVAILING WAGE SCALE LITTLEFIELD AVENUE AND KIMBALL WAY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that WHEREAS, the City Council of said City has ascertained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality in which public work is proposed to be performed for work of a similar character to that described in Resolution of Intention No. 3133 adopted February 6, 1961; WHEREAS, said rate of per diem wages is set forth and contained in the specifications for said project, copies of which are on file in the office of the Engineer of Work and also in the office of the City Clerk of said City; and WHEREAS, ~his Council has duly considered said scale and finds the same to be correct in all particulars; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, DETERMINED AND ORDERED, as follows: 1. That said wage scale as set forth in said specifications is hereby established and adopted as the prevailing rate of per diem wages for work of a similar character to that above described in the locality in which such public work is proposed to be performed. 2. That not less than said prevailing rate of per diem wages shall be paid for any work proposed to be performed under said Resolution of Intention. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 1st day of May, 1961 by the following vote: G.
