A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
SUPPORTING AND ENDORSING THE HI TEEN CLUB'S REQUEST FOR THE MINIATURE
GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE
WHEREAS, American Airlines is sponsoring and offering a miniature of the Golden Gate Bridge
to all interested parties, and
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department "Hi Teen Club"
has redecorated the Teen center with the theme of "San Francisco in Miniature", and
WHEREAS, the miniature Golden Gate Bridge would augment this decorative theme and would
add to this accomplishment by South San Francisco teen-agers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
do hereby support and endorse this request by the "Hi Teen Club" and urge the entire community to
add their support.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held
this 1st day of May, 1961, by the following vote:

Absent,
Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Patrick E. Ahern, Emilio Cortesi, and
Leo J. Ryau.
