A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON SALE OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS --
INDUSTRIAL PARKUNIT NO. 2-C, ZONE 3 -- THIRD SALE $125,000
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California~ that
1. The City Clerk of said City be, and he is hereby, directed to call for bids for the sale of
improvement bonds to be issued pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 2815 adopted by this Council ou
June 15, 1959. The notice of said third sale, in form to be prepared by Kirkbride, Wilson, Harzfeld &
Wallace, shall be given by the Clerk causing copies thereof to be mailed to the various banks and bond
houses interested in the purchase of such bonds at least five days before said date.
2. The City will furnish the legal opinion of the law firm of Kirkbride, Wilson, Harzfeld &
Wallace, San Mateo, California, unqualifiedly approving the legality of the proceedings and the issuance
of said bonds.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolutiou was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held
this 15th day of May, 1961, by the following vote:

Absent,
Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Patrick E. Ahern, Emilio Cortesi, Andrew Rocca, and
Leo J. Ryan.
