RESOLUTION NO. 3181
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS --
PERSON & SWANSON INDUSTRIAL TRACT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that the
public interest and convenience require, and it is the intention of said Council to make the follow-
ing changes and modifications in the proceedings had and to be taken pursuant to Resolution No. 2771,
A Resolution of Intention to Acquire and Construct Improvements and to Form Grading Maintenance
District, Person and Swanson Industrial Tract, adopted by this Council on April 6, 1959, tow it:
1. Change and modify the Engineer's Report by providing additional plans, specifications,
instructions, right of way plans and descriptions as to San Mateo Avenue, formerly herein referred
to as San Bruno Road, as follows:
(a)
Plans entitled Improvement Plans, Person and Swanson Industrial Tract, City of
South San Francisco, California, Increment No. 2, John A. Blume & Associates,
Engineer, consisting of Sheets 2-1, 2-2 and 2-3 dated February 15, 1961 and
Sheet 2-4 dated September 6, 1960.
(b)
Specifications entitled Specifications and Contract Documents for
Construction of Improvements in Person and Swanson Industrial Tract, South
San Francisco, California, Increment No. 2, Streets, Bridges and Utility
Improvements, John A. Blume & Associates, Engineer.
2. Change and modify the Assessment by dividing the assessments on Diagram and Assessment
Numbers 3 and k to apportion the amounts thereof between the several lots to be shown on the map
entitled Person and Swanson Industrial Tract, South San Francisco, San Mateo County, California.
3. Reference is hereby made to all of the changes and modifications as shown on said plans
and specifications, the originals of which are on file iu the office of the City Clerk of said City.
.k. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monday, the 5th day of June, 1961, at the hour of 8:00
o'cloc~;~ the Council Chambers, City Hall, South San Francisco, California, are hereby fixed as the
time and place when and where the Council will consider and finally act upon said changes and
modifications and when and where all persons interested may be heard.
5. A copy of this Resolution shall be published in the South San Francisco Enterprise-
Journal, the newspaper in which the Notice of Improvement in said proceedings was published.

Said publication and said posting shall be had at least ten (10) days prior to said day
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held
this 15th day of May, 1961, by the following vote:
