A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
OSCAR F. PERSON AND MARSHALL V. SWANSON AND ACCEPTANCE OF
EASEMENTS THEREIN REFERRED TO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the certain
agreemeut regardiug the developmeut of that area known as Person & Swanson Iudustrtal Tract,
dated the 15th day of May, 1961, between the CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO and OSCAR F. PERSON AND
MARSHALL V. SWANSON, be executed aud acceptauce of easement therein referred to be authorized, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to execute said
agreemeut ou behalf of said City of South San Francisco and the City Clerk is instructed to affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South Sau Francisco at a 'regular meeting
held this 15th day of May, 1961, by the following vote:
