A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING NEGOTIATION TO PROVIDE WATER SERVICE
FOR THE PERSON AND SWANSON INDUSTRIAL TRACT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the City negotiate
with California Water Service Company and Oscar F. Person and Marshall V. Swanson for the purpose of
providing water service to the Person and Swanson Industrial Tract and that the proposals determined by
said negotiations be presented to the City Council for approval.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at an adjourned regular
meeting held this 2Brd day of May, 1961, by the following vote:
