A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 3178 ENTITI.RD,
"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO SETTING A SPECIAL ELF~TION", AND FURTHER RESCIND-
ING AND REVOKING THE ACTIONS AUTHORIZED THEREIN
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that Resolution No.3178
entitled, "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO SETTING A SPECIAL
ELECTION", is hereby revoked and rescinded; and the authorization and order therein contained to pub-
lish Notice of Election for August 8, 1961, and to submit to the voters of South San Francisco at said
election a measure entitled,
"Shall Ordinance No. 460 providing for the annexation to the
City of South San Francisco of the property known as "Callan
Park Annexation" be approved?

and all other actions authorized and ordered by said resolution be, and the same are hereby, revoked,
and rescinded.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, instructed to draft
and present at the next regular Council meeting an ordinance rescinding and repealing Ordinance No.460
entitled, "AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY DESIGNATED "CALLAN
PARK" TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO".
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at an adjourned regular
meeting held this 23rd day of May, 1961, by the following vote:

G. J. Rozzi, Patrick E. Ahern, Emilio Cortesi, Andrew Rocca,
and Leo J. Ryan.
