RESOLUTION NO. 3196
A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS -- PERSON AND
SWANSON INDUSTRIAL TRACT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that
WHERFAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 3181 of this Council ordering same, adopted on May 15,
1961, notice has been duly given of the intention of this Council to make changes and modifications
in the proceedings under Resolution of Intention No. 2771 adopted by this Council on April 6, 1959;
and
WHEREAS, no persons interested appeared or filed written protests against said proceedings
or any part thereof and all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard, and
all matters and things pertaining to said changes and modifications were fully heard and considered
by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. All protests and objections be, and they are hereby, overruled.
2. The changes and modifications in the proceedings under said Resolution of Intention
be made and had, all as more particularly described and set forth in said Resolution No. 3181
adopted May 15, 1961.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held
this 5th day of June, 1961, by the following vote:
