RESOLUTION NO. 3214
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A JOINT POWER AGREEMENT REGARDING JOINT SEWAGE PI2~NT
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of South San Francisco hereby approves
that certain agreement entitled "JOINT POWER AGREEMENT" relating to enlargement and expansion of a
presently existing joint sewage plant owned by the Cities of South San Francisco and San Bruno.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of said City of South San Francisco
are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement dated 19th day of June, 1961 a copy of
which is attached hereto and by reference made apart hereof.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held
this 19th day of June, 1961, by the following vote:
