A RESOLUTION OFT HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AUTHORIZING TEE EXECUTION OF AN AG~~ WITH IMMANUEL BAPTIST
CHURCH, INC., FOR INSTALLATION OF A SANITARY SEWER LINE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the agreement
regarding installation of a sanitary sewer line dated the 19th day of June, 1961, between
the CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO and IMMANUAL BAPTIST CHURCH, INC., be executed, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to execute said
agreemeut on behalf of said City of South San Francisco and the City Clerk is instructed to affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held
this 19th day of June, 1961, by the following vote:
