A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING
ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT OF INDEMNITY AND
TRANSFER OF INTEREST
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
the acceptance of an agreement of indemnity made by LOUIS A. BARBERINI, Contractor,
be, and the same is hereby, authorized and the Mayor is authorized to execute and
accept said agreement on behalf of the City of South San Francisco and the City Clerk
to attest his signature thereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City does hereby accept the transfer of in-
terest to City by Winston Manor Home Owners' Association, Inc. as set forth in said
transfer dated May 11, 1961, executed by said Association through John V. Canepa and
Alfonso S. Gonzalez.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this 19th day of June, 1961, by
the following vote:
