RESOLUTION NO. 3221
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A GRANT OF STORM
DRAIN EASEMENT FROM OSCAR F. PERSON AND M. V.
SWANSON TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Grant of Storm Drain Easement,
dated as of the 19th day of June, 1961, whereby OSCAR F. PERSON and M. V. SWANSON
give, grant, transfer and convey to said City of South San Francisco an easement
interest over, across, through or under certain real property therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed
to cause said Grant of Storm Drain Easement, together with a certified copy of this
resolution, to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of
San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of June, 1961, by the follow-
ing vote:

Andrew Rocca, and Leo J. Ryan.
