A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING ADVANCEMENT OF
$1800.00 IN EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS --
PERSON AND SWANSON IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the City Clerk be, and he is hereby, authorized and ordered to draw and de-
posit with John Bruniu~, County Clerk, a warrant or check iu the sum of ONE
.THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED-DOLLARS ($1800.00) as a security deposit iu the matter
before the Superior Court of the State of California, County of San Mateo, en-
titled, City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, vs. Ken Royce, Inc.,
et al, said check or warrant to be drawn on the Person and Swanson Improvement
District Account.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this
