A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING DEPOSIT OF
$7,770.00 IN EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS --
LITTLEFIELD AVENUE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the City Clerk be, and he is hereby, authorized and ordered to draw and de-
posit with John Bruuing, County Clerk, a warrant or check in the sum of SEVEN
THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED AND SEVENTY DOLLARS ($7,770.00) as a security deposit in
the matter before the Superior Court of the State of California, County of San
Mateo, entitled, City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation vs. Swift
& Co., a corporation, et al, said check or warrant to be drawn on the Littlefield
Avenue and Kimball Way Improvement District Account.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this
3rd day of July, 1961, by the following vote:
