A RESOLUTION AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING RESOLUTION
NO. 3100 A RESOLUTION DETERMINING UNPAID ASSESS-
MENTS AND pROVIDING FOR ISSUANCE OF BONDS --
PERSON AND SWANSON INDUSTRIAL TRACT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, Cali-
fornia, that
WHEREAS, on June 19, 1961 this Council sold $250,000 of the bonds auth-
orized to be issued pursuant to its Resolution of Intention No. 2771 adopted by
this Council ou April 6, 1959 subject to the condition that they would bear inter-
est from July 2, 1961;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That the Resolution cited iu the title is hereby amended and supple-
meuted to provide that the first interest coupon on the following numbered bonds
shall be for interest from July 2, 1961 to January 2, 1962:
11 through 25
38 through 52
70 through 84
102 through 116
139 through 148
ltl through 180
213 through 217
250 through 259
292 through 301
334 through 348
386 through 395
434 through 448
487 through 501
540 through 559
598 through 617
656 through 680

2. The date of adoption of Resolution of Intention No. 2771 as stated
iu the first "Whereas" of the Resolution cited iu the title is hereby amended to
read April 6, 1959 instead of August 6, 1959.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this
17th day of July, 1961, by the following vote:
