A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AND P.G. & E-.~ REGARDING RELOCATION OF UTILITY
FACILITIES -- PONDEROSA ROAD.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the certain agreement regarding the relocation of utility facilities on Pon-
derosa Road dated the day of , 19 between the CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO and P.G. & E. be executed, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized
to execute said agreement on behalf of said City of South San Francisco and the
City Clerk is instructed to affix thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this
17th day of July, 1961, by the following vote:
