A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING TEE GRANTING OF A REVOCABr~
PERMIT TO THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO UNIFIED SCHOOL DIS-
TRICT TO ENTER UPON DRAINAGE EASEMENT LOCATED ON LOTS
8 TO 13, BLOCK 3, PARKHAVEN
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that a Revocable Permit be issued to the South San Francisco Unified School Dis-
trict to enter upon a 7.5' easement used for a valley ~utter for the City of South
San Francisco existing along Lots 8 to 13, as shown on-the map entitled, "Drainage
Easements to be Acquired for Valley Gutter Installation, Lots 8 - 13, Block 3,
Parkhaveu", dated 7/14/59; said Permit to contain the following conditions:
1. Permittee shall obtain any and all rights or consents required from
the property owners for removal of earth or grading of earth or making any installa-
tion or improvements thereon and shall perform such work iua manner so as not to
damage said private property.
2. This Permit is revocable on thirty (30) days written notice; but if
said notice is not given, said Permit shall expire upon the date of the completion
of the work on Ponderosa Road.
3. Permittee shall not damage the drainage installation or valley gutter
installed iu said easement and should said damage occur caused by work being done
by Permittee, his contractors or agents, then Permittee shall repair said damage.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall be authorized to issue
said Permit.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held ou the
17th day of July, 1961, by the following vote:
