A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING EXEC~ION OF
AGREW~MENTS WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND WITH
THE COUNTY OF SAN MATE0 AND THE PENINSULA HUMA~
SOCIETY FOR ANIMAL CATCHER AND ANIMAL SHELTER
SERVICES IN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
RE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that execution of the following agreements for animal catcher and animal shelter
services iu the City of South San Francisco be approved and same be executed by
the Mayor of the City of South San Francisco on behalf of said City and the City
Clerk is instructed to affix thereto the corporate seal of the City:
1. that agreement between the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, a political subdi-
vision of the State of California, and the CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, a ~eueral
law city, providing for services from July l, 1961, to June 30, 1962, and
2. that agreement between the COUNTY OF SAN MATE0, a political subdi-
vision of the State of California, the CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, a general law
city, and the PENINSULA HUMANE SOCIETY, a California corporation, wherein it is
provided that services shall commence on July l, 1961, and end on June 30, 1962.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meetin~ held this
17th day of July, 1961, by the following vote:
