RESOLUTION NO. 3241
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A
GRANT OF PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT FROM
WILLIAM BOTIEFF AND PATRICIA R. BOTIEFF
TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that said City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Grant of Public Ser-
vice Easement, dated as of the BOth day of June 1961, whereby WILLIAM BOTIEFF and
PATRICIA R. BOTIEFF, his wife, give, grant, transfer and convey to said City of
South San Francisco au easement interest over, across, through or under certain
real property therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is,
directed to cause said Grant of Public Service Easement, together with a certi-
fied copy of this resolution, to be recorded iu the office of the County Recorder
of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held ou the
17th day of July, 1961, by the following vote:

Absent, "
Patrick E. Ahem, Emilio Cortesi, Andrew Rocca,
and Leo J. Ryan.
