A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING
ACCEPTANCE OF A RIDER TO BOND NO. 13063,
COUNTRY CLUB MANOR SUBDIVISION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that acceptance of a Rider to Bond No. 13063 deposited by Francis Brown, Betty
Brown, Wallace Cartwright, Josephine Cartwright and Industrial Indemnity Company,
si~ued and dated June 30, 1961, be, and the same is hereby, authorized, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to execute said
acceptance on behalf of the City of South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
Oity of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the
17th day of July, 1961, by the following vote:

Absent, "
Patrick E. Ahem, Emilio Cortesi, Andrew Rocca,
and Leo J. Ryau.
