A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
REVOCABLE PERMIT
LOWRIE-BOTHIN-SWANS ON PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, Cali-
fornia, that that certain Revocable Permit from the San Francisco Water Department,
approved by the Public Utilities Commission of the City and County of San Francisco
by Resolution No. 21003, dated March 7, 1961, granting to the City of South San
Francisco, as Permittee, the right to occupy and utilize property described therein
for the purpose of exteudiug a roadway aloug the property described, copies of which
Revocable Permit have heretofore beeu presented to this Council, be and it is here-
by approved aud accepted aud that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute aud
the City Clerk to attest aud affix the seal of said City to said Revocable Permit,
and the City Clerk be aud he is hereby authorized aud iustructed to trausmit dupli-
Cate origiual aud oue copy of said Revocable Permit to the Water Departmeut of the
City and County o£ San Francisco.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meetin~ held this
17th day of July, 1961, by the following vote:
