RESOLUTION NO. 3247
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY AND
THE LAW FIRM OF KIRKBRIDE, WILSON, HARZFELD &
WALLACE TO EMPLOY AN APPRAISER
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
LITTLEFIELD AVE. AND KIMBALL PROJECT
RESOLVED' by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, Cali-
fornia, that
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3185, adopted on May 15, 1961, the City Attor-
ney and the law firm of Kirkbride, Wilson, Harzfeld & Wallace were authorized to
institute condemnation proceedings against certain parcels of laud more particularly
described therein; and
WHEREAS, on July 6, 1961 said condemnation proceedings were institutgd;
and
WHEREAS,~it is necessary that a real estate appraiser be hired to ap-
praise several parcels of land more particularly described iu said condemnation
proceedings, so that negotiations may be carried ou with the owners thereof to pur-
chase said parcels of land;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, DETERMINED AND ORDERED, as follows:
1. That the City Attorney and the law firm of Kirkbride, Wilson, Harzfeld
& Wallace be, and they are, authorized to employ the services of a real estate ap-
praiser for the purpose aforesaid and pay, therefor, a sum not to exceed Five
Hundred Dollars ($500.00).
2. Said appraiser's fee shall be charged as an incidental expense of
the proceeding set forth in Resolution No. 3131, adopted by the City Council on
February 1, 1961.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this
7th day of August, 1961, by the following vote:
