A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH SOUTHERN
PACIFIC COMPANY FOR SPUR TRACK CROSSING --
LITTLEFIELD AVENUE AND KIMBALL WAY
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, Califor-
nia, that
WHEREAS, it is necessary to acquire lands or rights of crossing of lands
of the Southern Pacific Company in the conduct of the improvements to be constructed
pursuant to Resolution Of Intention No.~3133 adopted on February 6, 1961;
WHEREAS, the Southern Pacific Company has presented to the City a contract,
in writing, wherein it establishes the terms.under which said improvements shall be
made.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the City enter into said contract,
iu duplicate, and that the Mayor shall execute said contract iu the name of the City,
and that the Clerk~attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this
7th day of August, 1961, by the following vote:
