A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECU-
TION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THOMAS NUTTING AND
MATHILDE NUTTING FOR SEWER SERVICES PENDING
ANNEXATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that execution of an Agreement between the City of South San Francisco and Thomas
Nutting and Mathilde Nutting, dated as of the 19th day of August, 1960, is hereby
authorized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of South San Francisco is hereby
authorized to execute the said Agreement for the City of South San Francisco and
the City Clerk to attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this
7th day of August, 1961, by the following vote:
